INTERVIEW \/ TEST<\/strong><\/p>\n

The school does not have any Management quota. Classes I to VIII, candidate\u2019s admission will be granted on the basis of availability of seats in the respective classes.Verification of details filled in the forms will be done by the school authorities and admissions will be given after the verification procedure.<\/p>\n

In classes IX & XI, admission is granted on the basis of the performance in the previous class and the written-test conducted in the school.<\/p>\n

The school authority reserves the right to short list the candidates,after written tests and interviews.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The result will be available from the school office only .<\/p>\n

In classes X and XII, admissions are not granted for local students as a matter of policy. However it can be granted only in the cases of parents transfer from one place to another place.<\/p>\n

Incomplete forms will be rejected during the short-listing of the candidates.<\/p>\n

25% of seats are reserved for RTE students which are filled as per the norms and procedure laid down by District Education Officer.<\/p>\n

Copies of the below mentioned – Certificates are required for the final<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0admission<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Birth Certificate (Xerox) – Class I<\/p>\n

2. Previous class\u2019s Marksheet (Xerox) – Class II Onwards.<\/p>\n

3. Transfer Certificate (Original) – Class II Onwards.<\/p>\n

4. Migration Certificate (Original) – Class XI (Students from other Boards)<\/p>\n

5. Two recent attested photographs – For all the classes. of the applicant<\/p>\n

6. Aadhar Card (Father, Mother & ward) – For all the classes.<\/p>\n

7. Caste Certificate – SC\/ST\/OBC.<\/p>\n

Note :<\/strong><\/p>\n

A\u00a0<\/strong>(i) Details of students given in T.C.\/Birth Certificate will be consider as final and same will be used by the school in filling of CBSE Board Registration form (IX & XI) & Board Exam forms (X & XII).There will be no changes made by the school. in these records.<\/p>\n

(ii) School will not amend any of the details of the documents submitted, it can be done by CBSE Board as per CBSE Exam Bye Laws No 62 (i) (ii) (iii) & (iv).<\/p>\n

(iii) Details of these CBSE Bye Laws No 61 (i) (ii) (iii) & (iv) are printed on page no. 23 of Almanac.<\/p>\n

B. Confirmation of admission of the child, taking admission from<\/strong><\/p>\n

CBSE board school, will be done on the following grounds\u00a0<\/strong>:-<\/p>\n

(i) Scanned copy of T.C. of previous school (affiliated to CBSE) is uploaded on the website of previous school & has been verified by the institution.<\/p>\n

(ii) \u201cAFFILIATED TO THE CENTRAL BOARD OF SECONDARY\u00a0<\/strong>EDUCATION\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>must be clearly written on the T.C. produced to the<\/p>\n

School, below the name and address of the school, alongwith Affiliation code no.<\/p>\n

(iii) If the previous school is affiliated with CBSE, Affiliation status of the previous school will be verified by the institution, from Board\u2019s website, as well as from the previous school\u2019s website, by the stepswhich are -cbse.nic.in > e affiliation > list of affiliated schools website.<\/p>\n

C.\u00a0<\/strong>In case of transfer from a school recognized by other than CBSE board (for e.g CG Board \/ ICSE Board \/ any other State Board) the authentication of the T.C. will be ascertained & countersigned from the authority controlling the school i.e. from DEO.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
